Recipes                                                                To: From the kitchen                                                      Home   Can't find the recipe you are looking for - please check out the main page Russian Patato Salad 4 large new potatoes 1 med onion, grated ½ teaspoon celery seed 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon sugar ¼ teaspoon pepper ½ cup Russian dressing ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon vinegar 3 bunches radishes, diced 1 ½ cups dicd celery Boil potatoes in jackets, peel, cut into cubes.  While still warm add seasonings.  Russian dressing and mayonnaise mixed with vinegar. Chill.  Shortly before seving add diced radishes and celery, toss together, adding more dressing if necessary and serve in a lettuce-lined bowl.
