Macaroni Bake
10ml   oil
small oinion, finely chopped
½   stick celery, finely chopped
clove garlic, crushed
50g   minced topside, lean
5ml   cornflour
½ x 410 g   can tamatoes, drained and finely chopped
15ml   tomato puree
2,5ml  mixed herbs
50ml    beef stock
5ml    worcesrshire sauce
salt & black pepper to taste
70g     pasta romagna macaroni, measured uncooked
Cheese sauce
10g  flour
100ml  skim milk
25g  cheddar cheese

Topping
small egg
25g   cheddar cheese, grated

In a bowl, combine the oil, onion, celery and garlic.  Microwave on 100% power, about two min. Stir in the meat and
microwave on 100% power, about three min.  Stir in the cornflour, tomatoes, tomato pure, herbs, beef stock and worceshire
sauce.  Cover and microwave on 70% power, about 10 min.  Seson to taste.  Cook the macaroni.  Make the cheese sauce
and egg.  Pour over the macaroni and mince mixture.  Sprinkle with grated cheese and microwave on 70% power, about
12 to 15 min.  Place under a pre-heated grill to brown if desired.
