Purchase and Payment Terms
At All Explore.com we prefer payments via direct bank transfer. The reason for this being money may be sent from
South Africa via payment methods Paypal, etc but not allowed to receive money.
In order to give the best deal possible we prefer direct communication between the customer and us.
Once a transaction has been finalised relevant information ( bank account, Swift no, etc ) will be forwarded.
Please note, no order will be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a no quibbles refund on return of your order in full or part within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in as new condition.
Customer to pay the postage costs unless return is due to faulty or incorrect merchandise. You may also choose to have
a substitute item or items to the same value instead of a refund.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
All Explore.com does not accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
In the event of a claim being raised for a lost or damaged order, you the customer agree to provide us with any requested
proof of loss or damage. Without this All Explore.com will be unable to make the refund or offer an alternative.
